Instructor Terms

When you sign up as an instructor on ViaPSP LTD, you agree to follow these terms.
1. Your Responsibilities
As an instructor, you are responsible for the content you upload — including videos, quizzes, resources, and more ("Submitted Content").
You must:

• Ensure all information you provide is accurate.
• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Deliver quality instruction based on your expertise.
• Keep your content appropriate and professional.
• Not use the platform for spam, off-platform promotion, or misuse of user data.

 
2. Rights You Grant Us
By uploading your content, you give us permission to:

• Host, market, and sell your courses on our platform.
• Use your content for marketing and platform improvement (including AI-based features unless you opt out).
• Feature your name, image, or voice in connection with your courses or the platform.
• Share your content with employees, partners, and students (including those who lose access and need restoration).

You may remove your content at any time. However:

• Students who enrolled before removal may retain access.
• We may keep using removed content for marketing purposes.

 
3. Trust, Safety & Quality
You agree to follow our [Trust & Safety Guidelines]. We may remove your content or suspend your account if:

• You violate our policies.
• Your content receives poor feedback or harms the student experience.
• Your actions damage our reputation or platform integrity.

 If you work with co-instructors or assistants, you are responsible for their compliance with these terms.
You may not collect, store, or misuse student data. You also give us and our anti-piracy partners the right to help protect your content from unauthorized use.

4. Pricing & Promotions
You set the base price of your course or make it free. If you join our marketing programs, your course may be offered at a discounted price. We manage currency conversions and local pricing automatically.
You can also share your own discount codes and referral links — as long as you don’t sell or abuse them.

5. Payments
You’ll receive a share of the revenue for your course based on our revenue model. Key points:

• Payments are made in USD via PayPal, Payoneer, or U.S. bank accounts.
• You must submit accurate tax and payment information.
• Refunds issued to students may be deducted from your future payouts.
• We may withhold payments in cases of fraud, copyright issues, or legal concerns.

6. Trademarks
You can use our brand materials (like logos) only with our permission and as outlined in our branding guidelines. Misuse of our trademarks is not allowed.

7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Any earnings due will be paid. Your content may remain accessible to students who enrolled before deletion.

8. Legal Notes

• We may update these terms from time to time. You’ll be notified of major changes.
• These terms don’t create a partnership or employment relationship between you and ViaPSP LTD.
• Some sections (like licensing, payments, and legal terms) will remain active even after your account is closed.
